What does embodiment mean to Aradia?
Embodiment is at the heart of Aradia. Rather than simply thinking about change, we explore what happens when you slow down enough to listen to your body, breath, intuition and creative expression. Through yoga, breathwork, movement, art and reflective practices, you'll be invited to reconnect with yourself from the inside out.
WHO IS ARADIA FOR?
A women's retreat for women who...
Feels the quiet ache of disconnection - from her body, her magic, her knowing.
Craves soul-level rest. The kind where you don’t have to perform, explain, or fix a single thing.
Yearns to rekindle her relationship with her womb, her cycle, her creative fire.
Longs to feel deeply held - in truth, tenderness, and transformation.
Misses sisterhood. Not the polished, polite kind - but the sacred, messy, honest kind.
Is tired of keeping it together and just wants to fall apart beautifully.
Knows there’s more. More radiance. More freedom. More her.
Why Aradia?
Intimate
A small-group women's retreat designed for genuine connection rather than a large resort-style experience.
Embodied
We work with the body through breathwork, yoga, movement and creative expression.
Creative
Intuitive art gives you another way to explore what's happening beneath the surface.
Women-only
A space specifically created for women to rest, connect, express and explore.
New Zealand-founded
Created by two New Zealand facilitators bringing their own blend of wellness, creative practice and embodied work to Bali.
