Surrounded by lush gardens and nature, this boutique retreat venue offers beautifully designed villas and bungalows that blend comfort, privacy and authentic Balinese charm. Our Aradia home for the week gives you space to retreat from the outside world while still being close enough to experience the magic of Uluwatu - from its world-famous beaches and surf breaks to its vibrant cafƩs, restaurants and breathtaking coastal landscapes.

Room Options + Cost
There are three room types - all rooms have king size beds and are very comfortable with prices starting from $1900 NZD *early bird prices.
Payment plans can be set up (weekly, fortnightly or monthly). Simply pay the $300 deposit and then Loren will email you to see which payment plan will suit you best and send you the link to setup your plan.
Why Bali?

We chose Uluwatu because it holds a unique kind of magic. Perched high above the Indian Ocean, with dramatic limestone cliffs, world-renowned surf breaks, hidden beaches and breathtaking sunsets, it's a place that naturally creates space to breathe, reflect and reconnect.

How To Book
We have a few options to pay for your room - pay in full, 6x, monthly payments or for weekly payment plans choose the deposit option to secure your room. Loren will email you the payment link shortly after paying your deposit. Once youāre booked in youāll receive an email or two from us plus your goodie bag will be sent out to you to celebrate you joining us. Itās truly a joy and honour to be hosting you!

Includes all workshops, 2-3 meals daily and full access to the Atriumās Retreat shared facilities: pool, spa, sauna, and cold plunge pools in the main retreat space.

Aradia Retreats was born from a shared belief that women deserve spaces where they don't have to perform, achieve or have it all figured out.
We created Aradia because we've both experienced what it's like to lose ourselves in the expectations of life - and what it takes to find our way back again. This retreat is the kind of space we wished we'd had during those seasons: one that feels deeply supportive, gently challenging and genuinely transformative.
Together, we blend grounded facilitation with warmth, intuition and a whole lot of laughter. Our hope is that you leave feeling more connected to yourself, your body and the life you're creating.
Aotearoa, New Zealand is where weāre from and have created incredible communities and Aradia Retreats is for women from New Zealand, Australia and further afield.

For years, I searched outside of myself for the answers.
Like many women, I knew what it felt like to keep going while quietly carrying grief, old stories and the pressure to be everything for everyone. It wasn't until I discovered breathwork and deeper mind-body practices that I realised healing wasn't about becoming someone new - it was about remembering who I'd always been.
Today, I facilitate breathwork journeys, coach women through seasons of change and create spaces where people feel safe enough to soften, reconnect and come home to themselves.
My approach is intuitive, grounded and deeply human. I believe our bodies carry incredible wisdom, and when we learn to listen, they often reveal exactly what we're ready to heal, release or reclaim.
At Aradia, my intention is simple: to help you feel seen, supported and gently guided back to yourself.

I truly believe there's something powerful that happens when women come together in a space where they can simply be themselves.
In everyday life, we're so often rushing, caring for others and juggling the expectations that come with work, family and everything in between. I love creating spaces where those expectations can soften, where you can exhale, laugh, connect and remember what it feels like to feel fully present.
As an educator, I've always been passionate about helping people grow with curiosity, creativity and compassion. Aradia allows me to bring that same passion into a different kind of classroom - one without walls, where nature, connection and shared experiences become the teachers.
My hope is that when you leave Bali, you don't just take home beautiful memories - you leave feeling lighter, more connected to yourself and reminded that you don't have to do life alone.

F A Q
Do I need to be experienced with yoga, breathwork or art?
Not at all. Every workshop is optional, and all levels are welcome. Some women come having never done a single yoga class.
I'm nervous to come on my own
That's completely normal. The spaces we hold are open, compassionate and welcoming, and some of the most amazing friendships have begun at our retreats.
Is payment plans available?
Yes! Payment plans are available. We want this to be an easeful process for you to join us.
Pay the $300 deposit then weāll email you to check in if weekly or monthly suits you then weāll send you through the link to set that up. Once youāve done that then the payments are automated so you dont need to do anything else except get excited and book flights!
PLEASE NOTE BEFORE BOOKING
All payments are non-refundable ā this includes your $300 deposit AND every subsequent payment made towards your retreat.
If you can no longer attend, you may transfer your place to another person for this retreat and these dates only (4ā7 July 2027). You are responsible for finding your own replacement.
Payments cannot be refunded, converted to credit, or transferred to a future retreat or another event.
Looking back at the woman I used to be to who I have now unfolded into is my own personal transformation story that would not have been possible without our retreats. Who I desired to be only lived in my head, but with your example and energy Lunar I have become her, embodied her, grown her in the safety of sisterhood I never thought Iād ever find.
